The Journey Behind Asliya Accessories
Where It All Began
The foundation of Asliya Accessories is closely tied to the professional journey of Ravinder Sharma.
Ravinder began his career in the jewelry industry at the age of 19. His early years were dedicated to learning the fundamentals of plated jewelry manufacturing by working across different cities in India.
He first worked in Mumbai for two years with a local manufacturing company, where he gained exposure to large-scale production environments. He then moved to Gwalior, spending four years refining his understanding of casting and finishing processes.
Later, he worked in Hyderabad for two years with a reputed jewelry company, where he further strengthened his expertise in plating and structured production systems. He continued his journey in Hisar, contributing five additional years to manufacturing operations and developing a deeper understanding of vendor management and quality control.
These years were not about rapid growth — they were about learning every stage of the manufacturing cycle from the ground up.
The Beginning of the Factory
In 2003, After Over a Decade of Industry Experience
Ravinder Sharma, along with his brother Jitender, established their own manufacturing setup.
The objective was clear: build a production system that remained internally controlled rather than dependent on multiple external vendors.
In the early years, the factory operated with a focused business model. For many years, production was dedicated exclusively to a single major brand under a structured agreement that restricted manufacturing for other labels.
This phase allowed the team to develop strong discipline in consistency, volume control, and repeat production standards. Over time, the facility also collaborated with select international brands, strengthening exposure to export-level quality expectations.
Expansion & Evolution
As Internal Systems Matured, Capabilities Expanded.
The company gradually expanded its capabilities across every stage of the manufacturing process:
Integrated casting and polishing under one system
Strengthened plating infrastructure
Standardized finishing procedures
Built repeatable batch-level quality control
The company now supports a broader range of materials and finishes, including zinc alloy, supporting 18K Gold Plating and other premium finishes.
While certain aspects of the business have recently expanded, the core philosophy remains unchanged: maintain quality, control production internally, and build reliable batch-level consistency.
